it feels like 4 in mt. pocono. sunshine.ue numbers here you can see stay subfreezing through around lunch time today. upper 30s. we'll continue to melt the snow and slush around here today. unfortunately, if you don't like snow, a few more chances ahead. i'll break that down in just a bit. >>> thank you, steve. because of slick road conditions on the road, speed restrictions are now in place here on the ben franklin bridge. that's also the case on the commodore, betsy ross bridges. there are a lot of challenges with all those hills and narrow streets. good morning to you. >> reporter: they are already dealing with that. we noticed over at the church across the street here they were salting the sidewalk and those steps that you see there as well as the snow brushed off them. even when you do see that salt, don't be complacent. this has been salted and very slick. you see this is on an incline. just because you see salt in an area doesn't mean that you're not going to find ice. you may see the fluffy snow and think no big deal
