the radar shows why we've had the muggy pattern. because of the combined circulation around this center of high pressure to our east and the center of low pressure offshore pulling up this monsoonal moisture from the southwestern states into not only the bay area but basically all of california. so the flow of high clouds and moisture will continue during the overnight hours as you see here. but the clouds will thin out by tomorrow giving us a sunnier day. still a bit muggy, but it will be sunnier at least and that's one day ahead of the drop in humidity. overnight, look for mild conditions with low temperatures mainly in the low 60s and tomorrow in the south bay. mostly sunny with a few high clouds. highs in the low to mid-80s. 81 at san jose on peninsula. we'll see mainly sunny skies with a few high clouds from 75 at san mateo. mid-60s on the coast at pacifica and half moon bay. downtown san francisco will have a high of 67. up in the north bay, the clouds will be a little bit thicker. we'll see highs ranging from 79. 81 at napa.
