it is harmless but authorities are telling staff to remain on lol -- all muller. -- on alert. the "blonde bandit" is accused of robbing two banks and a carjacking. stephanie schwab is officially hearing the charges against her. brianne carter is live in alexandria with the latest on this case. >> this morning stephanie schwab was here in court where she pleaded not guilty to six charges including robbery and transportation of stolen vehicle. as you said, she was taken into custody back in november after an alleged crime spree that included robbing two banks and in -- attempting to rob another. the first one took place at manassas commerce bank and four days later on november 22, she is accused of robbing a bb and t bank in springfield, making off with $1,800. she is accused of carjacking a woman on november 19 in the parking lot of ties and's galleria. she is also linked to an attempted carjacking in baltimore county. the prosecution filed a motion asking to retake her prince. that includes palm prints and fingerprints. the judge has now set a date in this case for may 22. rep

still, the security breech is an embarrassment, servicing just hours after robert muller warned congress of emerging cyber risks. >> i do believe that the cyber threat will equal or surpass the threat from counterterrorism. >> sources say in this case, unanimous got lucky after one of the investigators was sloppy. this memo advertising the conference call and access code was circulated last month among the fbi. scotland yard and a number of misagencies. one of the recipients forwarded it to a private e-mail address. and opened it on an outside computer. that police officials e-mail address had been previously hacked by unanimous. with the phone number and password, unanimous simply dialed in to the conference. now unanimous is taking a bit of a victory lap after releasing the fbi call, hacker shut down police websites in boston and salt lake city and the justice minister site in greece. cbs news, washington. >>> those of you who have been here a while know the bay area has been the center of political and social activism for decades. of all the protests we have seen, one in particular st

our guest today is fbi director robert muller discussing security threats concerning the united states. we would like to ask you a little bit about the national security implications of our energy policy, an issue of much concern in the news and certainly here in silicon valley. what might you say about the relationship between energy policy and some of the national security challenges that the fbi is addressing? >> one of the nice things about my job is i generally stay away from policy, but when it comes to energy resources and the like, there are a number of -- you can look at it from the geopolitical perspective, which is not something that really bears on what we do day in and day out. if you put in context the potential cyber attacks and the concerns we have about cyber attacks on our infrastructure, there is an intersection between the vulnerabilities we have and our energy and electrical grids and the like from cyber attacks, which keep all of us busy. i would just go back to one other thing that i did not address in the question before, and that is the balance between privacy

one of them, a boy by the name of nate muller says they had been friends with lane and went their ownate ways, but the table he was aiming at, one of the boys appears to have been dating the ex-girlfriend of this t.j. lane. that is something that police are investigating. the school was immediately put on lock down. the school having prepared for this kind of tragedy, they were immediately put on lock down, doors were shut, children cowering in areas where they thought it would be safe. some of them locked themselves into closets as they were texting their parents. nate mullor was able to place a phone call and call police. that's when they responded, but by that time, this hero teacher, coach frank hall, apparently was able to chase the alleged gunman out of the school, thereby saving numerous lives. the police responded, set up a perimeter, and that's by about 9:00 he was taken into custody. >> horrible tragedy, sounds as if not for the sequence of responses, could have been worse. >> absolutely, no question. >> deb, thank you so much. the alleged shooter, t.j. lane, wrote this, "fe
