muriel clair is live in joliet now with more. >> reporter: the hearing here at will county courthouse is still about 90 minutes away from happening. but we are told that scott eby is planning to plead guilty. 38-year-old eby, accused of raping and murdering three-year- old riley fox was charged in may after dna linked him to the crime. little riley disappeared from her wilmington home in june of 2004. her body was later found in a creek not far from her home. initially, authorities accused riley's father kevin fox of her murder. he spent eight months in jail before dna evidence linked scott eby to the crime. a pair of tennis shoes with eby's name on them were found at the crime scene and when the dna surfaced, eby was already in prison serving time for an unrelated sex assault conviction. sources close to the case say that eby has give an videotaped confession and that there has been some plea bargaining in this case. we, of course, will learn more when the hearing unfolds. at the courthouse, muriel clair, wgn news. >>> the delayed trial of michael the large guy sarno is underway this
