i have the greatest respect for senator murphy. i really admire his legislative record and a seriousness that he brings to all the things he does, but particularly his approach to foreign policy and particularly his approach to the subject where as noted he has a long record. and hala, i have met before but i also deeply respect the emphasis that she puts on the issue of human rights in saudi arabia. we didn't have to conjure up the history of the way in which the saudi regime under mohammed bin salman has dealt with these issues particularly of course the murder and chopping up of the journalist jamal khashoggi, but there are many other instances which are highly problematic. and i think that it's also very important that we have in their approach two innocence different although complementary answers to the question of what kind of future do we want to have and relationship with saudi arabia? the the president has now calr reevaluation of the relationship, so i think this is a very important moment to have, to start this kind of
