i did want to go back to this murthy case that neal mentioned.s in the dissent here and he's joined by crust is thomas and gorsuch. it's incredibly critical of the biden administration. so this was a case about the biden administration's efforts to get social media platforms to stop highlighting information that might be considered disinformation about the covid-19 pandemic. i think it's a really remarkable separate writing from justice alito because it goes into such incredible detail in criticizing the administration and the efforts that were made during the heat of the pandemic to deal with that and it comes to a conclusion that the plaintiff here should have been able to sue the white house and the administration and that, in fact, she did have standing and he notes that they made a decision a few weeks earlier on mifepristone where it was determined that standing wasn't available. they should have applied the same rules, justice alito says, and should have done so even-handedly here and that would have led on this woman being able to proceed
