myjob, totally transformed my life and if i can do that, everybody good.tting it into practices staff and then keeping it going is very hard. you can have the excitement in the early days but then the mundane tasks are pretty tough. we spoke to a woman who is campaigning trying to get small independent businesses going. she works as people setting up going. she works as people setting up theirown going. she works as people setting up their own business. the biggest frustration i find when talking to businesses is that they do not reach out. all these amazing business organisations out there, the chamber of commerce, local communities that come together and support you. whatever problem you are facing, somebody has been through that in the past. that idea of community spirit is really important. speak to so spirit is really important. speak to so many businesses on this programme and they are just worried about doing it alone but inevitably all the things that they are facing when setting up a new business, someone else would have done exactly the same thin
