it was myspace back then. myspace was huge, right? everybody got on myspace and everybody talked. well, i was at the school doing that job, i could always get intel on the kids finding out when the parties were going to be, who was in the fight, a lot of them used their phone to tape the fight and put it on myspace. now we have youtube and facebook. so, there's a wealth of information on there, a lot for us to use. this came from a facebook spokesperson. we never turn over content records in response to u.s. legal process unless that process is a search warrant reviewed by a judge. we are required to regularly push back against over board requests. anybody ever sent in a subpoena to facebook yet? anybody ever ask facebook, hey, can we get the content of this? of this person's profile? if you ask right away, they're going to tell you, [speaker not understood]. so, you better bring it with a subpoena or a search warrant. it's better this way anyway because when you do get stuff on there, you know, it's better to present in court. how did you obtain it? i got on their facebook and i
