the oakland naacp is also calling on the mayor to step down. enforcement sources tell us the mayor's home is one of four places where search warrants were executed in oakland, property records show. one property on skyline boulevard belongs to david wong, who is ceo of california waste solutions. it's a local waste management company which holds oakland's recycling contract. now. the family has ties to mayor sheng thao, and both are referenced in a 2020 city ethics complaint alleging campaign finance violations. fbi agents also searched a home on view crest court. that property is shown to belong to andy wong, david's son. it's unclear how the warrants are connected or who is the specific target. now here's our investigative reporter jaxon van derbeken with more on that 2020 ethics complaint and where that investigation stands. the allegations are that the son of the owner of the family, andy, allegedly was soliciting people to act as donors and he would allegedly reimburse them. and what happened? according to people involved, complained to th
