three years ago nadia bougourawa decided to leave her corporate job to start her own company. >> thank you for having me. >> it's a big move to say i'm going to give up my wall street career to do this. what got you to that point >> dia is just two years old but i've been a plus size woman all of my life some of the formative years have been on the shopping floor and how painful. eventually i realized that i wasn't alone, there are 100 million women in this category being a part of creating change for an incredible community of women was enough to leave the wall street job. >> how does this work? why don't you walk me through this. >> we work with brands to enter plus for the first time. we build our own brands down through creating the content in the community to inspire them to participate. in the middle she has access to a stylist to help her curate what she's seeing, that it's her style, her budget. overall, really creating an opportunity often for the first time for her to enjoy retail. >> that is the full deal, if you are actually creating brands, the clothes that go into it down
