naima, thank you so much for joining us. yeah, thanks for having me. all right. so tell us about the christmas celebration. so many people you help, so many people. what does it take to put all of this together? yeah, it's a huge effort. you know, we have over 170 volunteers helping out on christmas day alone. we get there pretty early. we're handing out 130 turkeys, 80 hams, 30 gallons of gravy to community. so a lot of volunteer coordination and support. this is something that we've been doing for a long time. and then as you saw from today, great community partners like jobeth with the house of you all look so ribs, you all look so organized there, 170 volunteers, so many. and this has to be one of the busiest times for your volunteers. yes, one of the busiest times of the year. are you guys seeing more people in need these days? we are in san francisco. we've had a 7% rise in homelessness. and even if you're not homeless, we're seeing a lot more of people needing food support. so it's a huge rise overall this year. we've seen an increase in our meal services,
