nalley says the car was repeatedly parked in a restricted space. last week he resigned from his position as chief administrative judge. nalley still serves as an associate judge in charles county circuit court. a montgomery county police officer has been indicted accused of giving false testimony against a dui suspect. it stems from this incident back in may 2008 captured on surveillance video. a man was arrested and charged with dui in gaithersburg. last april the officer told the court that the driver was behind the wheel when she arrived on the scene. the video shows the driver was actually lying in the car's back seat when officer ffman got there. hoffman is indicted on one count each of perjury and misconduct in office which could bring up to a ten years in prison. >>> the police in d.c. arrest ad guy today who was involved in a police chase and a carjacking. just after 11:00 this morning, officers in cheverly, medical, tried to pull a suspect over. he sped away. got on route 50 heading towards d.c. when he got to the 295 split, he hit a guard
