nami and others are endorsers of the independent budget. we also are part of a consumer liaison and the advisory committee for mental health. dr. katz has been a great friend and his staff. i know they were incredibly hard to try to make stages -- changes and headways. we applaud them for their efforts. and trying to implement the uniformed mental health services handbook to make sure comprehensive health, a variety of services throughout the va syssem, no matter where a veteran needs to be seen. will also continue to press the issue, and i have heard it a number of times during the speaker's previous to me, we want to make sure all areas of that veterans have access to this. even now the focus has been on the newest generation, those of us that have been around awhile really know that many people have suffered, and we cannot leave anyone behind. we need to make sure that we adjust and adapt to these services to meet everyone's needs. we have talked a little bit about traumatic brain injury, mild to moderate, and collaboration. we see that
