persons. >> malcolm nance, what's your takeaway about this process? you listen to devin nunes, he spoke at cpac this week and talked about the takeaway being there were problems with the fisa process. when you look at these two memos in concert and the republican memo and the democratic memo, what does that tell you about the fisa process? >> well, it tells us nothing about the fisa process. it shows us that people have been corrupting the fisa process for their own purposes. the original republican memo was cherry picked out of what could have been 400 pages in the fisa application process. the fisa is very specific. you will have a fisa issued against you if you are a member of al qaeda and isis, or you were suspected of committing an act of eionage. that's what they're there for. r devin nunes to say there's a problem with the process, we can't be sure whether he's trying to say that carter page should never have been looked at, or he's saying the fact that it exists is part of a political process that's a component of the witch-hunt against donald
