christie teigen is opening up but her personal struggle after giving birth and entertainment tonight's nancy odelleles with more. >> reporter: the new mom who always seems so happy and her social media powe with her new baby is opening up about secretly battling powe partum depression. >> hi. every time i look at luna i wonder how on earth does anybody do this alone. >> reporter: judging from her happy social media powes would you never know behind every snap chat smile christie was privately struggling saying quote getting out of bed was painful. i didn't have an appetite. i with would go two days without a bite of food. until until eight month-old that christie was diagnosed with postpartum depression and anxiety. while, of course she was grateful for the baby 31 year-old model writes about her sadness and glamor she would spend days, watching bad reality tv with all of the shade closed. she went through night to throw up. there was a lot of spontaneous crying. so i talk bit now because christie wants people to know there is no shame. it can happen to anyone. even someone hoist seemingly got it
