nancy rosales: sí, sí. es una de las compañías que tengo.que trajimos hoy que los viñeros van a estar ahí después en el siguiente segmento para hablarnos de lo que traen. maría castañeda-liles: sí, claro. aquí tenemos encanto. y encanto--primero lo que quiero decir es de que todos ellos, todos los viñeteros los conozco. los conozco personalmente y tienen un lugar muy especial en mi corazón. y dos de ellos es encanto y voces que es el segundo, el que tienes tú. y por ejemplo, encanto es un vino muy delicioso, muy fino y también es un tributo a enrique segura, que fue el que inmigró en los años 1950 con un sueño, como el sueño que tenemos cada uno de nosotros que dejamos nuestros países. y aquí tenemos a voces también y es un vino--me acuerdo la primera vez que lo probé, tan fino, tan delicioso, tan suavecito que se los recomiendo. y también es un trabajo de amor. yo lo que digo de que cuando la gente viene a "sabor del valle" no solamente está probando vino como cualquier vino. no, o sea, cada botella encierra un sueño hecho realidad, encierr

nancy rosales: so ray called and i was really excited to be part of the event. he was telling me about the wines and having the combination of all our foods, our traditions with wines together. i was like, "perfect, i'm there, let's do this." so i show up and it was beautiful, outdoors, the sun, it's warm. you know, it's in the afternoon, so it's just perfect. my ice cream, obviously it's unique, has mexican hot chocolate. damian: well, talk about that. talk about your small business, if you will. nancy: yeah, so i launched in--it's all about keeping our traditions alive. i have flavors from caramelized sweet corn, caramelized sweet potato, tequila ice cream, just a variety of things that i feel like it needs to be out there in order for us to kind of keep our traditions alive. damian: and your shop is where? and what's it called? nancy: it's a catering business, but we also sell to whole foods and we cater to corporate america, genentech, symantec, and the big corporations. damian: and you brought--thank you, ray, for bringing a couple of vintners with you. tal
