we're in the 4300 block of nanny he helen boroughs, you can see the metrobus. police say a short time ago this bus was jacked by a young man. they say the young man got on the bus and put a needle-nose pliers to the neck of the bus driver. the bus driver managed to get off the bus. we're told that the bus driver has some back injuries but we're expected that the driver will be okay. at that point they say the suspect got behind the wheel of the bus and started around. in the 3800 block of j street we are told this bus struck a pedestrian. we're told that that pedestrian has some life threatening injuries. the bus continued to go around and eventually ended up crashing here at this clown gas station. police say they have a suspect in custody. we're told that that suspect may have been taken to the hospital as well for some treatment. it's unclear as to what the bus did between the time it hit that pedestrian and the time it crashed here. it may have hit another vehicle en route here. again, there are a lot of police on the scene. they're trying to sort through a
