right through marine and napa county napa the high of 88. it's not a hot dry offshore wind event so that means temperatures go up it's not going to get extremely hot, though. you can see friday, saturday and sunday, low to mid 70s. a nice weekend for the pride parade on saturday. for cities away from the coastline, notice the temperature trend we're at 88 tomorrow, morning fog, down a little bit on wednesday but about the same, 86 degrees. then we see the heat crank up by thursday 90, friday 98. dangerous heat on saturday, putting it up to 100 degrees. and then we start to drop off. that's the good news it doesn't look too prold. my next -- from that 100 on saturday down to 79 on monday. so with the heat coming our way, some common sense reminders for us all, drink plenty of water, take frequent breaks and please remember the hot car danger with your windows rolled up, temperatures inside of a car can go some 30 degrees hotter. so no kids, no pets in the car when you have to run into the store. we'll have more on the temperatures at 6:19 ton
