we are rety good about getting the narcan out to the families that their loved ones are effected with this disorder. you may have also read in a recent article that in one week they had 18 overdoses that resulted in death down in cincinnati and surrounding area. they had 180 overdoses that didn't in one week. and then there was 200 opiate uses. they either passed out in the car, bathroom, were driving. there was a possession charge and they were incarcerated in one of the local jails. 200 in one week. the saddest thing is the innocence. in that one week there were 15 babies born that had opiate related medical concerns going on just in that one week. you know, most of the clients that i treat that get to me they pretty much have lost everything by the time they get to us. okay. they lost their job, their insurance, their family, housing, esteem. with the aca and medicaid in the state of ohio it really helped our clients to get the treatment services that they need. without the medicaid expansion we wouldn't be able to help them. so, you know, but even with the expansion of the medicai
