federal agents arrested james morales of cambridge, taken into custody last night by police in nassau county, new york. morales according to the court documents appeared in middlesex superior court back in may on charges of child rape and indecent assault on a child under 14. that device placed morales inside the armory and that's not all. fbi agents were able to link blood found inside the armory as a dna match to morales. two days before the break-in authorities say morales was at the armory to get copies of his discharge papers. it's unclear when and why morales had been discharged from the reserve. authorities said earlier in the week the stolen weapons had no ties to terrorism. while that may be true, the governor still had concerns when earlier in the week he addressed the matter. >> i'm just concerned about the fact some high caliber weapons were stole friend a military facility in the first place. >> interesting question, where are those weapons and have they been recovered? we posed that question to the u.s. attorney's office in boston earlier today. she said they had no comment on
