i'm natasha brown, thanks for joining us.>> reporter: he turned himself in for the wednesday deadly road rage shooting in chester county >> this is a story of a savage and senseless murder. >> reporter: a news conference, chester county district attorney tom hogan announce murder charges against david desper accusing him of shooting 18-year-old bianca roberson in the head as she drove her chevy malibu along route 100 in west goshen township. he was allegedly in the red pickup truck scene in surveillance video next to roberson's car, the two vehicles trying to merge into the same lane. >> this defendant wasn't happy with the way it was going, he pulled out a gun, and killed this young woman >> after david desper surrendered his parent placed a note on their home saying our hearts go out to the roberson family. they executed a search warrants and at that home in trainer, police located a .40 caliber smith and wesson gun preliminarily. the gun matches the one used to kill bianca roberson and located his red pickup truck at this
