the national weather service issued a flood advisory. they are starting to ease back with the advisories, originally it was all of berks county and most of the lehigh valley now we're slicing this in half. the flood advisory is up until 9:15 a.m. for this area, chester county, upper montgomery county and this one is up until for the lehigh valley and eastern portions of berks county until 7:30 a.m. minor flooding is occurring in these areas. generally speaking you're seeing one to two inches of rain. it's fallen in a short period of time, all the run offs, the tributaries are getting full here. you can see how quickly the line is pushing through. it's not a severe line of thunderstorms, it's just a line of heavy rain. the remnants of what was once tropical storm cindy. this is frankford, you can see the heavier rains in jenkintown and willow grove racing off to the east 40 miles per hour. trenton, ewing those areas will see drenching downpours if you're not picking up a few rain drops now. temperatures are cooler behind this round of rai

and according to the national weather service, one alert was set to expire at this time, so matt, what's the latest as far as the tornado warning in south jersey? >> that one has expired, national weather service has allowed that tornado warning to expire, good news, now, they've not issued a severe thunderstorm warning on the back ends that far tornado warning. now, that doesn't mean that we're still not looking at very strong winds it, doesn't mean that we're not still looking at very heavy downpours, with thunder and lightning. what it means is that we are, for the time being, below severe criteria, which is winds that are gusting to around 60 to 65 miles an hour. and we're not looking at any kinds of hail or anything like that, still below severe criteria, still strong line every thunderstorms tracking now, through central new jersey, and again, even without the tornado warning, and even without a severe thunderstorm warning, still, need to be careful. you still need to be worried about the potential for, again, those strong gusty winds, to cause some issues, even without the warning

( darya ) our top story this morning... details are beginning to emerge about the gunman who opened fire at a u-p-s facility in san francisco.( mark ) kron 4's averi harper is live at that u-p-s facility this morning with the new information about the shooter. averi. ( averi ) it happened on wednesday morning when a u-p-s employee shot and killed three co-workers before killing himself. the shooter has been identified as 38-year-old jimmy lam. right now police and colleagues are having trouble finding a motive in the shooting. a u-p-s union official says lam filed a request back in march to reduce his overtime hours... but it was resolved immediately because it never escalated to a formal grievance. the union says there was no indication of any other problems.
