the flood advisory that the national weather service has issued, you can see this includes the entire north bay and it includes the city and east bay, just a little bit of background on why they felt they needed to do that, we are going to use the virtual map and go back to the extreme differences that the bay can experience when a system comes in. it hasn't rained a lot in comparison to the numbers that we have seen just since this afternoon in the north bay. if you take a look at santa rosa's number, you are already at one inch of rain just since this afternoon. what is different about this system, that line of rain is going to continue moving across the rest of the bay so that everybody is going to get a similar show, in terms of rainfall amounts. when you look at the flood advisory, but going back to the rain, that line is oriented almost directly south, which means it doesn't just rain that heavily tonight, it'll probably be a similar rainfall total for a good part of the bay, we will track this through the remainder of tonight and i will show you why tomorrow there is a differen
