navideh forghani is looking through each case, and what have you found? >> reporter: well, steve, i'm standing out here where the first shooting happened, actually happened right across the street by the pedestrian bridge here at 10th and moreland on march 17th around 11:00, and thesdo a lot more detail on what the witnesses and victims saw. the documents show the suspect drove by the 16-year-old and their friend hanging out outside near their home, and actually did a u-turn, drove by them, slowed down, rolled down the window and yelled something in spanish before firing. the suspect's arm was covering the lower half of his face and wearing a hat, but there was something about his eyes that looked familiar, and they'll be able to identify him just by the crews. witnesses also say the suspect was right-handed, and he took off headed east down moreland, then north down 12th street. this is what the suspect looks like, and at the time of the shooting, they say he was driving a brown colored car with limo tinted windows with a blue interior light, and headed
