nbc bay area's is live in our newsroom. the school police is talking and says there's more to this story. >> reporter: yeah, so is the teen involved in this incident. he actually told us that he simply wasn't feeling well and he told school officials he wanted to go home. but authorities say that teen was on drugs and he needed to be physically restrained. 16-year-old roberto doesn't want to show his face. you can see him here in this surveillance video from inside fremont high school in oakland. speaking through a translator, he tells nbc bay area it all started when the student was called t eed to the principal'se and told them i was not feeling well. >> translator: told me i wasn't able to go home because of the situation, said to me why was i selling drugs at school and carrying a gun? >> reporter: he says he wasn't doing either. see guards force him around the corner out of the view of the camera. that's when he says they handcuffed him. >> translator: they hit my head, my back, my back hurts. >> reporter: oakland unif
