that would protect the ncaa from litigation.e we, you know, establish guidelines for the future of college athletics. >> lawrence: should it be equally applied across the board when it comes to coaches? should coaches all get paid the same way? should they all get the same endorsement deals? the standard that they are -- i have a lot of respect for coach saban. i think is he a fantastic coach. the reason why they're losing in court is because you can't do this to players anymore. there was once a point in time where the players just took it. and you got to use their name and you got sell their jerseys. and you got put them in commercials and take the money. but, the courts have found that you can't do that it's stealing from the players. and i understand that they want to fund other programs in the schools but you got to be creative. so if you want the players to start using some of their money that they have earned with their name and their hard work. name buildings after them. get them to donate. if you think you are going to
