neal: neal karlinsky, abc news. kimberly: oklahoma had some severe weather, tornadoes. ryan: tomorrow afternoon, tomorrow evening, it is heavy rain tonight. a lot of it right now. we are dealing with rainfall the entire evening, which could impact the morning commute. we have to watch things very carefully. one of the ways that we watch the skies, doppler radar. live doppler radar indicating moderate showers across most of the viewing area, pockets of heavy rain in southern maryland. we're also seeing heavy rain towards the d.c. area into central maryland. there is the potential we could be dealing with flooding conditions. that potential is primarily west of washington, along the blue ridge. 54 degrees right now in leonardtown, 54 stafford, the rain totals about a quarter inch. we will have one to two inches by the morning. the rain should be wrapping up by about 7:00, 8:00 in the morning. as we look at the conditions, lots of rain across the eastern seaboard that will remain the case. the low-pressure currently over the midwest. this will churn the moisture our way. a
