this come after a shoot-out this morning where officers killed a 19-year-old murder suspect near union station. mpd and other agencies alerted their rank and file that someone could be planning to strike back. an office we are the camden area fugitive task force killed 19-year-old daquan hendricks this morning. they were trying to arrest him in question, a murder last month. >> tonight a mother and father, both have been locked up. they're in jail. charged in the death of their toddler. the child died just weeks after her parents regained custody of her through court. police say the father, his name is frankie williams, admits that he repeatedly punched 21-month-old anayah in their apartment in frederick. did he so while his wife was at work now. the mother stephanie williams has been charged with waiting hours to call for medical help. the state's attorney said the couple lost custody of the child in 2012 on suspicions of abuse at that time. the child returned home three weeks ago. police claim the father also admitted beating the couple's 5-month-old daughter who is now in foster car
