thank you, neda. as anne said, we are still tracking that marsh fire, marsh creek road closed in both directions between morgan territory and gill. a lot of folks finding an alternate this morning and many people use marsh creek road to avoid highway 4. so highway 4 will be busier today. we saw a backup on marsh creek road approaching morgan territory if you are coming from 680. a new accident westbound 4 right near port chicago highway. it's on the shoulder but you can see the build-up. it's starting to stretch all the way back into antioch with speeds dipping below 45 miles per hour. take a look at i-80. the eastshore freeway, it is nearly at a standstill in the westbound direction. this is right near ashby. this is a new crash that just came in. this is blocking at least one lane. but it's definitely causing a massive backup. that is stretching beyond gilman at this point. so we'll continue to track this crash. if you are going out the door, give yourself some extra time along the eastshore freeway

neda? >>> take a live look now by the mendocino complex fires, the river and ranch fires burning north of the lakeport. this is along 29 and 175, where our photographer and anne makovec are out there. you can definitely tell they are in smokey conditions out there. of course the air quality is not good at all. look at this, where the fires are burning. it's red, unhealthy air quality. where the carr fire is burning, red as well, same with the ferguson fire. a lot of this will start to work more to the south. parts of the north bay may notice the effects of the mendocino complex fire. temperatures are dropping for inland areas by the end of the week, so there's a little sign of relief out there. foggy and cool by the bay. this is why the smoke is not bothering folks ross francisco and oakland. look at the cyclists across the golden gate bridge this hour, dealing drizzle in the sky. if you're by the bay, 53 degrees in san francisco, cool and cloudy. 55 in oakland, concord 60 degrees. another

neda? >>> good morning to all of you. let's take a tour of the sales force tower cameras, showing a variety of conditions. this is a look to the west, the pacific ocean there. we are noticing coastal clouds, cloud cover over the bay as well. this is the view to the east, where the sun's rays are shining on the water. check out the south view, looking pretty clear with blue skies over parts of the bay as well. we are getting a mix of partly cloudy conditions. the golden gate bridge view is showing clear conditions, just some higher elevation clouds. it's a sign that the smoke is going to be up in the higher levels of the atmosphere. also across the north bay, we'll see the smoke and parts of the east bay. looks like around the water it should be clear, 54 degrees for san francisco. we are getting more of a south wind, so that's coming through and that's a great sign. that means the smoke to the north of us will move north and east, so it should leave a lot of locations around the water a i loan. parts alone. it's not that

neda? >>> thank you very much. we have a look at the golden gate bridge out here, can't quite see the bridge. but we have the typical marine layer here all week long. expect to see a lot of low clouds along the coast and the bay as that forms. inland sunny and warm. we are also going to see temperatures drop a little more by wednesday, so slight cooling in the forecast this week. sunrise this morning 6:11, sunset 8:20 p.m. most inland communities should see both of those. downtown that's probably not the case because of the clouds out there this morning. 53 degrees in san francisco and concord 61. it will feel warm but not in the triple digits this week, so that's good news. satellite and radar, you can see the marine layer hanging around going roh rt and parts of the south bay now. visibility for places like san josi doing fine, 10 miles there. half moon bay it tends to always be low, and through santa rosa just a half mile. so very slow going there, and please take your time. west winds at sfo at 13 miles an hour
