welcome everybody, i'm neil cavuto on a crazy friday. police are being muzzled. the judge issuing a temporary restraining order to warn crowds before firing tear gas, and to give them a reasonable time to disperse. he says it's reverse world. this is bizarre. when is this going to stop? >> i'm going to run for mayor against deblasio. demonstrators seth police cars on fire, looting, the cops are trying to dismantle them and get them out of this riot situation. at what point can the cop does anything? i got a guy named tyler jackson from ferguson. he is 32 years old in the papers there. he was also -- he threw a molotov cocktail into a building, thinking it was a seven 11. it was his house. and it burned down. now he wants to sue the fire department and he is calling it racist because they didn't respond fast enough. the fire department wasn't responding because they were getting shot at during the riots. >> here's what i'm worried about. this is going to give police everywhere pause, they're going to say, if i'm going to be sued or possibly lose my job as a result
