the neilsen media research company, chances are you have heard of neilsen at some point, probably inelation to tv ratings, or neilsen ratings, neilsen measures who's watching what all over the country. and one of the things that they do in pursuit of that is that they rank every single tv market in the united states from largest to smallest. the largest tv market in the country, number one on the list, probably not surprisingly, is new york city. the new york city market has 7 million homes with tvs. it's the top market in the country. number two on the list is the city of los angeles. number three on the list is chicago. and on and on it goes. neilsen ranks a grand total of 210 markets in the country. 210. and number 210 on the list, the single smallest market in the entire country, is a place called glendive, montana. glendive has just over 4,000 homes with tvs. it represents 0.004% of the entire u.s. tv watching population. but glendive, montana, is now national news. and that's because of this. >> cleanup efforts are under way in glendive while residents are told not to drink wat

neilsen measured that last year. it is stunning to have that much better roi. what that really reflects is radio has been under priced. >> when you look at decline do you think that is because there is concern that advertisers go to social media where they can get different metrics? >> i think stock decline and i think stocks have a whole different life. i won't get into that. i will tell you in terms of performance of the company what you are seeing is we are building bigger and bigger relationships with bigger and bigger companies. i think that has been exciting news for us and the future. >> taylor swift pulled her music from spotify. what does that mean for radio? >> radio breaks music and always has. 70% of spotify users discover music on fm radio. i think when you look at spotify that is a replacement for the cd, for itunes downloads and i think people like taylor swift are saying i'm not sure it is big enough to warrant it being there. better economic outcome. those are decisions i think the artist has to make and that is the future about the music busin
