interesting, every employee when they walk into a provider, it is like a billionaire walking into neiman marcus. employers are earning higher prices. as i mentioned, the hospital and the doctors and the pharmacies they could still make a percent. almost all of that margin, from the tiny number of patients that are from employers. if justin flew -- a few employers walk into one health system into another, it decimates that place. it makes them responsive. employers have a bunch of power if they choose to use it. it has been hard for a couple reasons. if everybody is in it, there is lot -- not a lot of negotiations. number 2, most employers are pretty healthy. amazon is going to be disappointed because they have 1000 people that are 35 years old. they don't have a lot to negotiate with. employers have this challenge of healthy populations. they don't bother to think about seven years from now. part of the recent medicare advantage is so exciting and we have seen many new entrants come into that space people stay in the plans for 79 years. you can do things to prevent care, flu shots are cost- eff
