time now 6.34 nevado 3 people have been arrested for the kidnapping of a patient from a medical facility the patient was kidnapped from nevada, a health care center by some people entered the back of the facility, took the patient and then assaulted a nurse who tried to stop them. they drove off headed towards south of auto boulevard and officers were able to find and arrest them of the person was not hurt and in the hospital. apparently police are thinking that they kidnapped that patient to fraudulently get control of in a court-ordered arrangement of their finances. 6.34 is the time and other news that we're following. a berkeley camera shop has lost thousands of dollars because of what was stolen and the break-in that happened is owner tells us she thinks a stolen car was used to ram through the entrance called fully juggle. has the story. >> this is our neighbor's front entrance of that is the mirror image actually of exactly what our front entrance was. which is now, you know, kyra, and it looks like this now after jan. what accounts key says thieves used what she believes was a st

you're southbound 1, 1, right. 20 minutes to get from nevado down across the bridge and into san franciscoe headlines it up in the north bay. it doesn't. homes are currently under evacuation warnings following a landslide that occurred. this is the area that includes homes that were rebuilt after the wine country fires back in 2017. so here's video from the air taken by santa rosa fire. the it shows the homes there on deer creek trail in santa rosa. initially, 17 homes were tagged put under this evacuation order from the county. 2 of those homes have been red tagged out, right? which means residents can't go back at all. >> we issued an evacuation warning to 12 houses in that area your >> road work court. so there are under an evacuation warning. and, you know, county officials monitoring the soils. and, you know, we're just we're hoping that nothing else happens and just stays as a warning and that we don't have to of 82 2 in order to. >> at this point, a team of engineers along with building inspectors, geologists in public work. crews are all working together to find out when it might b

we do have our 101, southbound commute across the golden gate bridge about 37 minutes to get from nevado into san francisco. so that 31, we want to go on to one of our top stories this morning, which is the martinez refining company fire that happened and they say it was. >> hydrocarbon leak. that was the cause of the fire. there were 2 workers that were conducting a planned maintenance when they noticed this lee and they were able to get out in time before this really broke out. so they evacuated safely. >> flames have scorched could be seen for miles around fact, a health advisory is still in place for parts of martinez and pacheco. and clyde, that was the direction that smoke was blow. and now the questions have turned to the damage from that smoke. and that's something that they're still. >> figuring out the effects of right now. and it's not the first time there have been major issues at this refinery. a crawford check moment takes a look at that. >> it's been a little over a year since a class action lawsuit was announced against the refinery here over its role releasing toxic part
