the police union has been negotiating a new contract with the city for several months. after they failed to come to an agreement, they went to arbitration and a new deal was reached two weeks ago. >>> new developments, a lead paint maker agreed to pay $ev60 million to remove toxic material from homes in california. the settlement with nl industries ends two decades of litigation. the money will pay for the removal of paint in several cities and counties that join the public nuance lawsuit including san francisco, santa clara, and more, and nl industries does not acknowledge wrong doing in the deal. the case is pending against two other lead paint makers, sherwin williams and con-agra. >>> police want help in identifying this man as the pit bulls bit four people and another dog sunday at mission delores park in the grassy area above the basketball court. thor authorities say they attacked a dog named bloom. four people who tried to separate the animals were bit. the owner took off with his pit bulls before officers got to the scene. >> in my mind, you'd stay around to mak
