we want to begin with breaking news out of colorado. deputies are investigating a triple shooting that happened in a parking lot outside of the red rocks amphitheater. the shooter targeted the occupants of a white suv that fled the scene. when they found it, three victims were taken to the hospital. it had been shut down while they searched for the shooter. it was after a rap show. >>> a major health scare for almost a hundred of america's top scientists. roughly 75 working at atlanta's centers before disease control may have come into contact with anthrax. they did not follow safety procedures while working with the live bacteria. none of the scientists have shown symptoms, but they are undergoing treatment to prevent infection. >>> president obama is sending 300 military advisers to iraq. they will target insurgents and help train iraqi security forces. but yesterday's announcement raised question about the advisers role in iraq. richard ingle reports from baghdad. >> reporter: here in baghdad, people welcome this u.s. intervention. t

colorado's governor has approved a new financial system. eban reports. >> since recreational marijuana became legal here on zan 1st, business has been booming, but there is one big problem. while it is perfectly legal here in colorado, it remains totally illegal under federal law. what that means is every pot-related business is a cash-only business. they can't work with banks. they can't accept checks. they can't accept credit cards. they have to pay their bills in cash. they have to pay their taxes in cash. they have to pay their employees in cash. and that, of course, creates a lot of logistical problems. they have to store large amounts of cash on site. they have to transport that cash. all of this makes them a high target for crime, for robbery. in fact, the denver police this week issued a warning to pot-related business cur years saying that they are being targeted by he thieves. so what the legislature and the governor here are hoping to do is set up something like a co-op or a the credit union that would be specific to pot businesse
