the dollar hit new lows against a number of major currencies. rick santelli will have more. but that lit a fire under commodities. oil rallied back above $71 a barrel. hemmed in a bit. we are getting the october contract closing out just above $71.56. tomorrow we begin trading november. we have to focus on fundamentals tomorrow despite today some incremental good news the saudi minister saying they are seeing more demand for saudi's oil. tomorrow we get the inventory numbers. we are expecting to see a drawdown in crude, 1 million to 2.5 million barrels. the other story that we need to talk about is gold. the metals overall rallied up to the upside hard today. copper was a strong point, but gold once again above $1,000. we came very close to seeing yet another record high close. $1,018 and change an ounce. unusual to see an aggressive move on the down side of the dollar ahead of a fed meeting tomorrow. rick santelli, this is a real conundrum. folks want to seem to sell it here. >> i don't know how much new information other than forecasts is going to be in tomorrow's statemen

with cards adding new fees and rates, a new study finds credit card satisfaction is at an all time low. jd powers says many credit card holders are unhappy with their cards as a result of parade of rate hikes, new annual fees and lower credit limits. the favorite cards according to jd power, american express is number one followed by discover and national city banks. least favorite is captain tal one and wamu. cuts in credit limits and difficult customer service are two reasons why. if you don't like the card changes it's never too late to search for a better card. and from that doesn't that stink file, all the recent complaints about chase card. the chase card is not the worst card on the list and offers good benefits but the merger with wamu has come with growing pains which leaves me saying doesn't that stink. many customers have been hit with higher minimum payments and higher interest rates, even those with good credit. your options are few, except the new rates and pay off the card. when you haven't missed a payment or fallen behind on any bills, that stinks. if your rate is head
