across the bay here new at noon, san francisco's new d a. just this morning announced a new crackdown on drug dealing. she says her office will hold drug dealers accountable by revoking any plea offers for those suspected of open drug dealing. this reverses a policy from the former d a chase a. bodine. my new policy. will prohibit drug dealers arrested with more than five g of fentanyl or controlled substance from being referred to our community justice court, which has been abused for the last 2.5 years. my new policy will also put back on the table. enhancements for selling drugs. within 1000 ft of a school. jenkins singled out the tenderloin district as needing the most attention called the amount of fentanyl circulating. they're unacceptably high. and now the napa county where 12 people have been hospitalized. one person has died from legionnaire's disease, and now the health department is warning people to watch out for symptoms. ktvu is jana katsuyama tells us how officials there are trying to track down the source of that outbreak. so
