new south wales. i had the privilege of being in sydney not long ago and there is this legacy with regard to the public owning the roads, the bridges. but how are they able to sell , in in new south wales terms of convincing the public about taking some of these legacy assets and using the cash for other things? i think this concept of prioritization, we all need to be coming to the table openly on this, but the private sector is not the answer to all ills. the private sector is the not the perfect solution to all of our problems, it is about prioritizing and working out, where can the private sector best integrate and complement and add to a community? where are the projects that private sector involvement can lead to success? versus otherwise? the private sector is not going to be the perfect owner of a school or a park. but, demonstrably, the private sector have in very good owners airports, utilities, telecommunications. and that is something that we see around the world, not just new south wales.

hello there it's been pretty cool for some of us in australia recently particularly in new south wales some places reporting their lowest temperature for about seventy eight years incredibly cold then and it looks like it'll stay pretty cool over the next few days elsewhere though we do have more in the way of cloud and a few showers that's drifting its way across parts of south australia and it will just be really a cloudy affair here as we head into monday that cloud gradually drifting its way across melbourne as well towards the west well a bit of cloud will be with us during the day on monday but it's likely to break up for cheese day and off temperatures fairly respectable to around seventeen or eighteen degrees now for new zealand it's been very stormy here recently there's also be a bit of coastal flooding as well this system is now releasing its hold in edging away towards the east there will still be severely keen winds and a few very lively outbreaks of rain there for monday but choose day should definitely be a come a day and christchurch should get to around thirteen degree
