getting new details about that. a 911 transcript and go ahead and show the video. there were problems communicating with the radio panel for d.c. fire and rescue. some had to use cell phones to communicate in that smokey tunnel. we are finding out back on january 8th the fire department notified metro that there were major problems with communications in the metro station. this is highlighting that metro knew there were communication problems four days before the event happened. it shows that two people self-evacuate and that's a dangerous situation. the third was in operation when they got out of there. they were in fear for their life and they went ahead and got out. a lot of other people stayed inside the metro train. this transcript shows that people were frightened and calling 911 and coughing and saying that people were suffocating in the train and begging for dispatchers to rescue them. very fearful. when you read through the transcripts, you see how frightening it was for people stuck inside the train cars in that smoking tunnel and as we see from the video
