double tractor-trailers, come on, rolling some video from our news van, when we arrived on the scene.o tractor-trailers, one of the tractor-trailers is one of those ups tandem guys, again, that usually travel on the overnight. this happened early this morning on that slippery ramp when we were receiving some rain. so i wouldn't be surprised if the weather conditions had something to do with t let's go back to the live camera again. it is the ramp from the vine street expressway to go west on the schuylkill. so all traffic from center city forced to go eastbound on the schuylkill expressway. and we bring in laverne, u-turn laverne, we need her this morning, because anybody leaving town or crossing town, you're forced to go east on the schuylkill, and then you can flip the u-turn, either the 30th or at south street. easier said than done. anyone -- nobody likes going on a detour specially it is dark, the roads are wet, not sure where you're going, so leaving center city, be ready for that, maybe just use the kelly drive or martin luther king drive to get yourselves out of downtown. acci
