charles: new york stock exchange under fire for a new report that it let morgan stanley mix several trades hours. gerri willis on the floor of the exchange with more. gerri? >> yeah, charles. this is the story that people are talking about here on the floor of the new york stock exchange today. are some traders more equal than others? the question, did morgan stanley traders, were they allowed to trade after the close last friday? were they allowed to complete a series of last-minute, a flury of last minute transactions at 4:08 p.m. some people down here saying absolutely not. that doesn't happen. some trades close after the closing bell. you have to get the order in before 4:00 p.m. others say, yeah, sure it happens all the time with these big, important investment banks that bring ipo deals to the market. we asked this question of the new york stock exchange. they say they have no comment. they say any complaints, all complaints are referred to nyse regulation which is a separate division that looks at these various sorts questions. we put out questions to the sec and morgan stanley whic
