this week the fed administration is hosting their roun table and our direct cer attending in newark new jersey. to also provide an update on the progress we're making with the portal. i've been able to attend some virtually and there is a lot of discussion of delivery method which is the industry standard in transit and how best to manage the risk and manages of the dlufr' strategies and to hear some of the best practices from other projects, nationally. on the funding side, the metropolitan commission is progressing with the regional framework, there is a lost discussion to be had, to advance that effort forward and they plan to have an approved framework in october to send to the legislation, and i know some are participating and it's a challenging discussion, but moving forward, they're also advancing plan bay area 2050 plus which is an update to plan bay area and we've been in discussion as this plan, reflects the benefit of mega projects including the portal due to the assessment method they've used. climate and greenhouse reduction and accessibility. and we'll be work on only on t
