governor gavin newsom to the supreme court draft opinion that would overturn roe v. wade how the issue is already influencing newsom's reelection campaign and breaking news the connection between two major highways in the east base shut down right now, what police say is triggering traffic troubles and wallet creek right now. from ktvu. fox two news. this is the four and welcome to the four. i'm andre senior heather holmes, and we start with that breaking news and the major traffic tie ups stemming from police activity this afternoon. the investigation has shut down part of highway 24. the 24 connector to northbound interstate 6 80 is closed at this hour. as you can see here from these pictures. this is right on the lafayette walnut creek border. the highway patrol says a man is sitting on a wall in the highway divider in a very dangerous spot. officers are trying to talk with the man negotiate with him to get him off of the freeway. the chp says it is also shut down several off ramps in the area. this of course, is having a big big impact on traffic in the area. ktv
