governor newsome also ordered bars to close all operations. governor newsom announced today that the counties on the covid-19 watch list must go even further and shut down more businesses currently contra costa marine napa solano and sonoma counties have been on that watch list for 3 consecutive days and therefore they must close fitness centers places of worship. offices and non critical sectors which some help officers say is a very clear plus hair and nail salons and indoor malls, here's a more detailed map of the bay area counties on that state watch list. and it includes again contra costa moran napa solano and sonoma santa clara county was added to that list just yesterday so they're anticipating that they may be next and although today's rules don't apply to them there are already plans that they're going to start rolling back shortlived reopenings like gyms and salons so that's going to happen on wednesday in santa clara county. alameda county has it responded just yet, but they were also added yesterday to the watch list. and they say
