how did those filter down from dennis out here on the desk to the newsroom?> well, we had that from dennis, and i think almost everyone in the newsroom at that time, that was our news director as well. it was a time when we truly. not that you don't today, but it was a time when people tuned in to the 10:00 news. there weren't all these other outlets like you have now for news. so it was must watch 10:00 news. i can't tell you how many business people or politicians would tell me they wouldn't go to bed till 11:00 because they had to stay up and watch the 10:00 news. it was much, much watch fair. and part of that was dennis. and i did hear some of the comments. the people you interviewed earlier, and i heard the one woman say that he was a snappy dresser and pretty good looking, and that was true too. plus, people used to always ask me in the field about dennis's muscles and as you know, he he was in very good shape. and what they didn't always know was that he had to have his shirts and his suits custom made, because he did have those great muscles up here o

more new video into the newsroom. just smoke billowing after it came crashing down into homes, businesses, cars, people airport that the that this plane came from a primarily serves business jets and charter flights. the faa says this plane was in route to springfield, branson national airport in missouri. and the plane is registered in mexico being used here for a medical assignment. so you can imagine there may be some medical personnel on that plane. the crash happened less than 3 miles from the airport and it just disappeared from radar. about 30 seconds later after climbing to an altitude of 1600 feet. the plane likely had a full tank of gas for its trip. so all that fuel just exploded. local media is reporting it came crashing down near shopping mall, causing buildings as they said to catch you can see in the video just very dense area with people all around massive fireball, tons of smoke. this was right as people were heading home from work friday nights. you can only imagine just the devastation it has caused
