i'm chris nguyen in for carolyn tyler. let's start with our first look at the forecast with lisa argen. >> hey, chris, we do have some clouds. here's a look at that cloud cover. it's not going to amount to much. in fact it will thin out throughout the afternoon, but we're also looking at very mild temperatures, from the 50s here in the city, low 40s in novato and we're looking at 43 in concord and that's due to the wind. we still have a red flag warning through 10:00 this morning. relative humidity right now anywhere from 20 to 60%. we'll continue to see the threat of perhaps fires and the fire spreading because of the winds, which continue to gust to near 40 miles an hour from mt. diablo. then the winds will relax quickly by the midday hour, so we're looking at wind gusts of 20 miles an hour in oakland hills, mt. tam 27, and you can see the camera shaking here. we're looking at temperatures today once again above average. 40s and 50s throughout the next few hours, then low 60s by noon time. more sunshine with mid-60s 4:00
