joining us now is our investigative reporter, candice nguyen, who broke the story for us last month. i believe so, so explain this to me. people tell you about concerns from inside the department, and then they say that they're being penalized or punished by their employers. right now they say it's in the works. so nothing has happened yet. but they feel steps are being taken. and let me break it down for everyone here. so staff believes management is aware that this federal review was sparked by complaints, whistleblower, so to speak. whistleblowers. yes coming to news coming going to the federal agency that's now conducting this review. so these two proposals, one that would reclassify their jobs, another one that would move them to another location, they feel, in effect, would separate and silence them. and they say some of management's rationale around these proposals don't make sense. inaccurate. one of the rationale reasoning is so that staff are closer, more visible to parents and kids. but they say our basic job functions we don't have we don't need direct contact with famili
