deputies in broward county say nicholas jackson tried to buy a 60,000 bmw with food stamps and a credit card. after he was refused by employees at the pompano beach dealership, investigators say he came back the very next night and stole the suv he wanted. they say he stole keys to 60 other cars. he was arrested yesterday morning in martin county after the suv ran out of gas. >> lisa: at this hour, crews are still working to repair the damage after a crash this morning in orange county. orlando fire/rescue says a semi connecting eastbound i-4 to state road 408. the ramp was closed for several hours as emergency crews worked to turn the truck back over. orlando fire department's hazmat team was also on scene to take care of a fuel tank leak. as you can see, crews are working right now to finish repairs to the guardrail that was damaged in the crash. fire/rescue says there were only minor injuries as a result of this. >> lisa: and that crash slowed afternoon. let's get a check of the roads with julie broughton. >> julie: we saw residual delays throughout the afternoon because of the earli
