my name is julie nicholson, i'm also a parent of three girls, i'm a teacher and i live in district 8.ou might know my story and he was struggling with cancer a driver crashed into another driver and rick shaeed into the park. hit me and sent me flying 20 feet. it was absolutely terrifying because i saw it happening in slow motion. i broke my neck and back just as you've heard about severe injuries from others' testimony tonight. i really wish i could say my story is an anomaly. as you know, it plays out every 15 hours in san francisco. i'm going to say that again. every 15 hours somebody is transported to san francisco general after being severely injured in a crash. folks, the power is in your hands to change this and there's no better place to do this than with the next vision zero action strategy. pleads, you've heard from so many people tonight. please adopt the most ambitious vision zero action strategy that you can and put every resource possible toward the proven life-saving solutions that we have in hand. if we can bring these to scale, we will all be safer please make my stor
