fox five's nick lagrange joins us live from the scene, with where the investigation stands. nick? dave and maria -- this isn't something you see, or hear about, every day. after being held up in this building last night, one of the office workers decided to run to his car to grab his gun.... ...and confront police say this happened just after seven o'clock last night. they say a man and a woman held up a physician, a patient, and the office worker at gun point. suspects demanded money and possibly drugs. officers say the suspects brutally assaulted the physician before leaving the office. that's when the office worker ran out to his car, grabbed a gun and fired several shots at the fleeing suspects. police say the female suspect times... ....and was later rushed to u-m-c where shewas pronounced dead. the physician was treated for a head wound, but should be okay. as for that male suspect, he's still out there.
